For All Airport Reservations.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum twelve-hour advance notice is required for all new reservations, changes to existing reservations and cancellations. The full fare, including a 20% service fee, will be charge to the customer if a cancellation occurs less than twelve hours before the scheduled pickup time. .

Prices do not include gratuity (20% standard)

A $30 additional charge for trips before 5:00 A.M. and after midnight.

For All Limousine Reservations.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of seven (7) days advance cancellation notice is required for all limousine services except for Proms, Weddings and New Year's Eve*. The full fare, including a 20% service fee, will be charged to the customer if a cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days before the scheduled pickup day.

Please note.

Proms—A minimum of 14 days cancellation is required for a full refund.

Weddings—A minimum of 21 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund.

New Year's Eve—A minimum of 30 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
